This home was built with luxury in mind, beautiful materials and furnishings were combined with luxury level details, hand crafting and sophistication.
While many craftsman details were used, the homeowners wanted it to be as contemporary and elegant as it could be. Stone and tile radiant floors, hand cast fireplaces, diagonally laid gray oak floors, vaulted ceiling details, arched portals and windows and doorways are only a few of the elegant details. Many of the ceilings are pyramidal coffer style to add additional dimension and height.
Outdoors, we constructed beautiful trellises that shield the sun from the outdoor dining and entertaining areas. Energy use is offset by a rooftop solar array positioned above the trellis to remove it from view.
The interior design was done by Bev Viguerie of Viguerie Interiors. A neutral palette is combined with whites with elegant interior furnishings and just the right touch of modern.
