This home is an example of a Craftsman Cottage style exterior with a lot of modernity in the interior. br/We custom designed and built the home for a couple who love to entertain and cook and the home's design expresses that. The traditional exterior opens into a great party room with a full bar and open kitchen with dress circle seating for the cooking show. The dining room has a fireplace to make dinners special and the exterior has an outdoor kitchen with extensive hardscape and privacy fencing. br/Decor was meant to add a fun party element to the interior, Mason jar pendant lighting over the bar is very "tongue in chic". The cabinets have interior lighting and skylights add a lot of natural light into the great room. br/The bar is a centerpiece for the great room featuring a cast countertop, an undercounter stainless sink, custom cabinetry with wine storage and all the required elements for doing wine tastings and cocktails.br/The Master suite has simple craftsman wood detailing. The master bath is truly luxurious, vessel sinks sit on limestone countertops with custom craftsman cabinetry and tub surround. A large recessed skylight lets the daylight in. The spacious shower area combines stone tiles with a pebble stone floor in shades of gray and green. A stylish, contemporary tile backsplash extends across the counter wall into the tub area, adding another modern detail to the room.
